This is more than just a workout. It’s an amazing combination of instructor, programming, teamwork, music, and people.

You will rotate from the treadmill to the floor incorporating cardio and strength training. The rotations are fast ensuring you never get bored. The treadmill work is challenging and incorporates speed & incline changes.

The floor work will provide a total body workout and will incorporate a variety of equipment including Dumbbells, TRX bands, BOSU Balls, Steps, Battle Ropes, Resistance Bands, Dynamax Balls, Agility Ladders, Body Weight Exercises, and More.
